Guest guest Posted March 14, 2009 Report Share Posted March 14, 2009 Group here is a gluten free/casein free recipes I just put together and it is very good in my opinion and easy. gf/cf/ Beef Caserole Recipe Take 1 lb of beef for stew,(Imagine Brand)-use 16 oz of Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup,1 package of (Sietenbacker) Brown Gravy Mix and some chopped onions. Butter glass caserole dish. Fix packet of brown gravy mix as listed Directions on back of package. When gravy is finished add gravy mixture to Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup and stir. Do not dilute. Add beef for stew and chopped onions. Heat oven to 350 and cook for 3 hours. Serve over gf/cf pasta noodles.Easy recipe that is good.I hope you like.
