Alternative to Senokot and Dulcolax

Hi everyone

Can anyone recommend a "natural" alternative to Senokot and Dulcolax please? We attended Dr Fell's clinic recently and they want Lloyd to take one of these alongside his paediatric Movicol but the E numbers etc. affect him so badly and unfortunately his gut also reacts badly to Oxypowder - possibly due to inflammation they thought.
