Ok, here's a typical day from one of my journals. I was also allowed 20-27 points and since I exercised for an hour, I was allowed 2 extra points which meants my range was 20-29 pts.

Breakfast:

1 c. Grape Nut O's (2pts)

1 c. skim milk (2pts)

Snack:

1 banana (2pts)

Lunch:

Natural Ovens whole wheat bagel (2pts)

1 Tbls peanut butter (2pts)

1 Tbls grape All-Fruit (1pt)

1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese (2pts)

Snack:

2 c. lite cheese puffs (3pts)

nonfat Dannon yogurt (2pts)

Dinner:

WW frozen dinner-lasagna with meat sauce (4pts)

Snack:

18 pieces Hershey's Almond Bites (5pts)

nonfat vanilla pudding (2pts)

Total points 29.

I'm really bad about eating frozen dinners for dinner. It's just so much easier and more convenient when Bob's on the road, but that's one of the things I'm working on is learning to cook. Anyway, that's pretty much how most of my days look except I notice that I don't really have any vegetables on this day. Usually, I have a salad or something with dinner.
