Folks: I have to tell you how discouoraged I ama today. There are over

300,000 people on Waiting lIsts nation-wide waiting for the relief to live a

full life in the community. Yet - we still have garnered less than 3,000

votes on Change.org. Many people have posted messages as to the great need

for Fully Funded Medicaid Waivers and then NEGLECT to VOTE!!!

IT is a bit of an effort to register. But surely, people can find the time

to sit for 45 minutes, wait for the link to load and then register and VOTE

You all have read what wonderful things have been made available to ELie

thru his waiver. But this waiver could leave him in the snatch of a pen by
