So, what other things can I give to help with constipation? I know I take

fiber pills, but what about for a 5 year old that I can mix into puree? I

read the link on danasview and wasn't too sure. Angie has been on Miralax

for years now.

This would all depend with why your child suffers from constipation.

I could share the dietary supplements my son takes but then this is

based " supervised & monitored by his medical physicians " .

Even my son's GI doc had mentioned to be cautious with the Miralax,

when using it, use only as needed.

I'll just post one of the dietary supplement my son is under

Oxy-Powder which is an Oxygen Based Intestinal Cleanser.

Before my son was being seen with his current medical team, one of the

recommendation was using Barlean's Highest Lignan Flax Oil supplement,

cold pressed fresh daily, this is usually found in the refrigerator

section.

Just a short hi and share a little.

If reading directly from the group list over on the links file, there

are 2 categories which I have posted some links like:

Down and nutrition & Alternative biomed intervention, some mention on

the constipation issues.
