Funny that you all should be talking about this. I just got my first magazine

for my subscription yesterday! I found this at Whole Foods one day and I was

hooked! Many grocery stores carry them also. It is always full of info. Last

month they did specific stuff on Autism.

I love this magazine as well, I stumbled across it at Bob's Red Mill and ended

up with the last issue with autism in it.  It has good articles but some awesome

recipes...

Also, for recipes, any cookbooks put out by Bette Hagman (spelling?) the Gluten

Free gourmet are good.  She's not casein free but many recipes can be adapted. 

I have been checking out cookbooks through my library to see if I like them

first.
