Guest guest
Funny that you all should be talking about this. I just got my first magazine for my subscription yesterday! I found this at Whole Foods one day and I was hooked! Many grocery stores carry them also. It is always full of info. Last month they did specific stuff on Autism. Guest guest
I love this magazine as well, I stumbled across it at Bob's Red Mill and ended up with the last issue with autism in it. It has good articles but some awesome recipes... Also, for recipes, any cookbooks put out by Bette Hagman (spelling?) the Gluten Free gourmet are good. She's not casein free but many recipes can be adapted. I have been checking out cookbooks through my library to see if I like them first.
