In order to design more effective treatment I have posted a confidential short survey on this topic. There are WAY too many " surveys " out there and I am stunned that they do not provide a) who is doing the study; who is funding the study; c) what is the purpose of the study; d) what is the contact information for the person/group conducting the survey. I would strongly advise AGAINST participating in this kind of research without answers to those questions. M.
