hi jennifer,

thank you very much for the information.

as far as my case is conerned, yes i did loose the

baby in my 9th week during the onset of ADS. i have

been able to reduce the cortisone which is great. i am

now on 5 mg and the doctor said that is ok and save

for a possible pregnancy (prednisolone H). however,

having endless or no cycles really reduces my chances

of even getting pregnant. so i just hope and pray that

i am not hurting myself for taking the cortisone and

not the mtx. since i handle the cortisone well i think

it is ok for now to stay on it. at least the doctor

never suggested anything else for me. i did ask about

the testing at my gyn's office. they will not do it

because this has been my first miscarriage which to

them is not a big deal (they make it sound like it is

the easiest thing to deal with). i think that the baby

left me because of the untreated high fevers for over

10 days and the injected high/dosage cortisone back

then. i always had problems with my cycles and have no

clue how to get it all back into place now along with

all the other physical and psychological impacts of

what has happened. anyway, thank you for all the info

and good luck to you. tatjana
