Alpha Synchrony Training

Dear All

I recently conducted a session of alpha synchrony training. On reveiwing the session the 2EEG spectrum together with observation of the raw EEG showed synchronous activity in alpha and low beta in different epochs. I'm thinking of adjusting the filter to reward alpha and low beta. I'd be interested in observations, experiences,suggestions.

Alpha and low beta are completely different frequencies and states. While alpha synchrony may affect other frequencies as well in some sites, it makes more sense to train the thing you want, and which will have expected results. Increasing synchrony in a beta band may have unexpected and undesired effects.
