Guest guest
A few years ago, when my daughter was 3, my wife and I enrolled her in a basic tumbling and gymnastics class with a friend as an instructor. It was at that time that I began " retraining " myself to learn handstands as a way to help teach my daughter. I progressed from there. It was at that moment that I began to incorporate gymnastics into my own training, as well as with others. Funny how having a daughter can teach an old dog... old tricks.
