Guest guest
Hi all, I havent fully read it yet, but the latest update to Maurice's " Behavioural Intervention " 1996 book, " Making a difference " has a chapter in it called " Help, my child only eats macaroni cheese " . The director of the company I work for said that the person who wrote this chapter is highly qualified(well known in this area) and therefore its probably pretty good. You may wish to have a read.
