Guest guest
You freeze them for a week, but you don't store them in the freezer? Re: Seed questions Hi. I can answer this. No need to thaw because THEY DO NOT FREEZE. They look exactly the same coming out as they go in. Been doing this for years so I know about freezing seeds. I put them in lock and lock containers (or any kind of secure container). Sometimes I leave them in their original shipping container. I freeze for a week, then I take them out (as well as others), make my mixture, then put the mixture in a separate container. All this means is that every day or so when I put up a new batch I just have to reach for the mixture container. Easy as pie!! Guest guest
Okay, let's begin again. Let's say I get a pound or radish seeds, a pound of fenugreek and a pound of broccoli TODAY. I put them in the freezer and leave them for one week BEFORE I EVEN THINK OF USING THEM. That way, anything that might be lurking in them will die. THEN. after one week, I take them out, make my mixture (I'll add other seeds also), then I will have ONE container of my special mixture, and a whole bunch of containers with the other brassicas. I keep all of these containers in the freezer ALL THE TIME. Got it??? God I hope I did it okay this time. rofl.
