My daughter (as/social anxiety; now 15) had some strange things going on

with this as well for a year or two. I kept finding Kleenex in the

wastebasket with stool on them. Not toilet paper, but Kleenex; not in

the toilet, but in the wastebasket. She's over it now...finally.

Yes, beth also used gobs of Kleenex...big wads at a time. So maybe your

theory is right....

Raoul,

Probiotics, plenty of water, exercise, and peace of mind (stress reduction) help

me with constipation.

Magnesium and fiber do, too, but you already know that :)

Also, I've heard that taking Epsom salt baths can help.
