Guest guest
My daughter (as/social anxiety; now 15) had some strange things going on with this as well for a year or two. I kept finding Kleenex in the wastebasket with stool on them. Not toilet paper, but Kleenex; not in the toilet, but in the wastebasket. She's over it now...finally. Yay! Guest guest
Raoul, Probiotics, plenty of water, exercise, and peace of mind (stress reduction) help me with constipation. Magnesium and fiber do, too, but you already know that Also, I've heard that taking Epsom salt baths can help.
