Guest guest
I am so very glad I have found this group. My daughter Meagan is a wonderful young adult who has Down syndrome. She was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 10 years old. It had been a long struggle for me to convince the people who worked with her that there was far more going 0n with her than just having Down Syndrome. I still feel Meagan is misunderstood to this day and I don't know what to do for her. She is now 27 years old. And I'm still floundering. I look at her precious face not knowing or understanding what or how her mind is working.I feel in the last few months she has regressed into her own world and I'm losing her to what I don't know. the depression sets in for me for I feel I never am doing enough for her. Has anyone out there feel that diet could help with changing inappropriate and odd behavior. Please respond. thanks
