I went on dietwatch,a nd they said that I should get 2049 cal a day, and 68

grams of fat. I have problems now eating 20 grams of fat. I don't want to

get back into that OCD thing. I jus don't know what to do. If I try to

take in more calories, I will end up eating too much, and craving more, which

unfortunatel happened today. I made a hommemade pizza, was so hungry I ate

half, and then ate a hotdog later. I am such a cow sometimes. I feel like

such a failure. I was just so disgusted with myself.

Barb

who eats all day now (mostly low fat stuff) and doesn't let myself get hungry

LOL! Barb, it sounds like you, me and Honeybear all did the same thing. I have really been trying to eat more and it isn't easy. Tonight at dinner I thought I was doing pretty well and then realized I had almost 1000 calories to go. Did you mention that eating more seems to be working for you? Eating enough is getting to be more of a challenge than the workouts, which I enjoy more and more.

Stop it!! You are not cow. You are not a failure! You are human. So, you maybe

ate too much. Start over the next day. One day of bad eating is not going to

make you gain weight. Forgive yourself and move on. I have the same problem.

I eat too much and then beat myself up over it. That causes me to eat more.

We need to stop that !!

,

You are not a failure...nor are you a cow. Be good to yourself. I struggle

with this a lot myself, and I am learning how to speak POSITIVELY to myself.

I want you, and anybody else who talks to or about themselves that way to

think of this: Would you ever go up to a friend and say " you are a failure "

or " you are a cow " ? I highly doubt it, because it is a cruel thing to say to

somebody. So, please, don't be so cruel to yourself. You deserve as much

love and consideration as everybody else in the world. I know it's hard to

do, but if you keep focusing on the positive, you'll find you will say/think

these things less.
