Guest guest Posted February 26, 2008 Report Share Posted February 26, 2008 ANA tests are useful screening tools, but don't say yes or no to lupus -- there really is no test that says you have lupus. It's a combination of things. There is a followup test to the ANA, that looks further into the type of antibodies. Have your doctor run that. And see if you can get in to see a rheumatologist.
