Guest guest
I thank you too . I really did appreciate this post as well. I have been taking your advice on thinking of things I'm grateful for too. It always brings a smile to my face. Merci! Please please please have compassion for yourselfand that may be the best medicine for you and the baby. I highlyrecommend a coaching session with me or any coach you feel you wouldlike to speak to to who can give you some tools. The small amounts offoods that you are feeling badly about can be worked out by the body. You eat well from what I can gather and I've known women to eat somuch non food food and the baby still gets everything it needs to growinto a healthy baby. The stress of the harshness is far moredifficult for both of your bodies than the few bites of food. Whatcan you do right now today that will bring joy to your mind and heart?(very repairing, healing and life bringing...) Perhaps a gratitudewalk where you walk for 15 or 20 minutes thinking of things you aregrateful for the whole time. When your mind wanders just bring itback to things you are grateful for. When you have a judgementalthought, bring it back to something you are grateful for. It canchange your state. On 12/25/06, purpleveg <purpleveg> wrote:>>>>>>> what about the people who exist on Mcdonalds or burger king and crap> like that?
