Guest guest
I think I will avoid just randomly talking to the job coaches, they are just friends of mine and at the present have not much to do with . It does scare me that they may have something to do with him in the future. The whole dual dx thing is scary at times as it is, without people trying to say that all children with DS have the dual thing. Like I say, " Sigh...... " because they probably do not. It is evident with james and he has been recently diagnosed with both in the last year. I do think that younger children are being diagnosed younger than kids age. He was 14 when diagnosed and is now 15, but we did catch it, and he is receiving help. I do worry about job coaches out there who are older people that are not up to date with this whole thing. I guess I am sending out warnings to younger parents, and I promise to pave the way for the future. " Onward to the Wild West! " You guys are making me laugh, I was sort of down about the whole thing. Thanks!
