Guest guest Posted August 29, 2012 Report Share Posted August 29, 2012 ASPARTAME 1972 a first paper by Dr COOK PHARMACOLOGICAL STUDIES SC 18862 (now known among many names as ASPARTAME) The EFSA has a NEAR complete set of copies of research done on this sweetener and publicly available. ASPARTAME has never been found to be safe and certainly in this first report showed ALARMING potential to cause harm to humans. It has in the 40 years since infiltrated itself into the worlds food supplies and has caused massive amounts of disease and illness such that it could arguably be called the worst health era in the history of mankind. Like that other KILLER with its withdrawal from the world markets in 2000 (DIAZINON) we might say in five years or so that ASPARTAME is being withdrawn after 40 years of SAFE use in favour of other sweeteners. That at least will keep Big pHARMA and world governments from TOTAL and COMPLETE bankruptcy. The research on ASPARTAME is massive and this alone makes it an impossible task for ANY person to understand and interpret all the research done on this chemical. A mans life work could be put on a computer in seconds. The research on aspartame takes hours to download. A man just has not the mental capacity to go through this research and in three months BUT I am still looking for evidence of safety for ASPARTAME. In the teeth of MUCH serious harm shown by both industry, university and governent the lies about its safety and the denial of serious reproducible data, it is PAST time that a DESTROYER of HEALTH called ASPARTAME remains in our FOOD today. Just looking at the first research in the EFSA file is a 100 page paper on SC 18862 SWEETENING AGENT. While the summary talks of nothing particular found except normal responses to a food, the actuality is COMPLETELY different. Depression of blood pressure OUTSIDE of our normal ranges is something that might evoke its use for heart patients but is hardly foreboding to give to HEALTHY people who dont want their heart and its beating to be MUCKED ABOUT WITH. All blood pressure and heart rate readings were depressed to OUT of normal range values.within the hour. At higher levels the blood pressure went out of range in the REVERSE direction. Clearly to a lay person giving the impression of a DEREGULATION of the heart and its ability to function normally. This is DANGEROUS for our long term health. These effects in from 30 minutes to one hour repeated many times a day year in and year out cannot have a good long term effect on our hearts and might explain an accelerating decline in quality of peoples hearts suffering from exactly this kind of irregularity especially when stressed or working hard. Today an accelrating number of both pacemakers and other implantations to counter these effects as well as surgery to cut nerves and more food additives to try to counter the bad effects of ASPARTAME. This is of course the introduction of FOLIC ACID to counter ASPARTAME harm. Of course when starting out with your very first experiment to get a dangerous drug accepted by most nations for most of its processed foods you dont explain your ACTUAL findings in these terms I have given above. More succinctly you want a pay packet next week and not a life looking for your next job. In addition you now become one of the boys and your secret has bankable returns in the long term. So this is what a DEREGULATION of your heart every time you eat this additive is paraphrased down to in the COOK report: Oral administratiopn of SC 18862 (ASPARTAME) did NOT significantly alter the blood pressure or heart rate. Weasel words like not significant should send a shiver down the spine of any regulator but apparently it just meant dont look closer perhaps? A complete deregulation of both our heart beat and our blood pressure from ASPARTAME with the actual research showing harm and the BENIGN summary gives a small clue to the real problem right from the very first in 1972 June when Dr Cook, cooks his summary for the USA FDA. There appears nothing wrong with the research but everything wrong in INTERPRETATION of this report with partiality. Omission of results is another feature of concern as we have seen this in other research papers on ASPARTAME where death itself becomes a HEALTH BENEFIT. Nor is this the only concern here. Signs of neurological HARM is abundandantly clear.at rates TEN times LESS than permitted in the USA for this food additive in 2012. How can this be ALLOWED? It is quite clear that far from being a food stuff this is a DRUG and one that has various medium effects on a WIDE RANGE of our human biochemistry with PREDICTABLE ADVERSE CONSEQUENCES from its long term use. You cannot find all these changes from both high and low doses and not expect HARM to the human body in the long term. And finally all these ADVERSE changes came in an experiment with a duration of less than ONE WEEK and biochemical ADVERSE effects within half an hour of exposure.
