Well, I got on the scale this morning, figuring I better get on it now,

before I start the 'No Scale 21 DC' on Monday...ha ha. I wasn't

expecting good results, considering that I took 2 days off this week on

Tue and Wed and have been indulging a little with the Christmas

cookies. Well, I weighed 148 lbs. this morning! I haven't weighed

myself in about 2 weeks, but considering those two weeks were holiday

weeks where my schedule was a little off, I was very surprised. The

last time I was on the scale, I weighed 152 lbs. I guess maybe there is

something to that whole " taking a break " thing to help kick start your

body back into " losing " mode. And when you're as routine a person as I

am, I guess it helps to shake things up every now and then. Anyway, I

was pleasantly surprised and just wanted to share my brag!

who loves when you get on the scale expecting bad news and see that the

scale has actually gone down (even though we all KNOW that the scale

means nothing...lol)
