I typically make 3-4 lbs at a time, but I start by soaking raw almonds, then

drying them in a food dehydrator. Then I make meal/flour with my Omega

juicer.

So I've never soaked almond meal/flour, but I do feel pretty confident that

it will turn to mush that you'd never want to eat. Too much surface area and

too difficult to remove the water after soaking. But I suppose if you need

almond " mush " for something, it would work just fine.

Also, not all seeds or nuts contain the same amounts of anti-nutrients.

Almonds, to me, have been pretty non-offensive. Meaning, I can eat them raw

without ill effects.
