Just one quick question about milk world wide

OK, not trying to start anything here but some of you know more about

traditional foods and eating than I do.

 

My question is:  Worldwide is most milk pasturized? 

 

I guess my question should also be modified a bit, it should be milk that is

sold. 

 

Many of my dairy share holders are immigrants and can't believe that we cook our

milk in the US!
