Guest guest
Hi , From what people have said, it seems these non dairy beverages are heavily processed, with oil and the other items you've mentioned in your mail. They might be OK for someone to have occasionally when in good health, but for a healing diet, it might not be so appropriate. I don't think any foods are a problem for macrobiotics just like no foods are a magic healing bullet because it all depends on the person and his/her condition. When we intentionally ask ourselves, " How do I want to feel/be/think? " or " How do I want to live my life? " then we consciously take responsibility for our health, happiness, and well- being. I think we should just self-reflect and pay attention to our daily condition to know how we're being affected by the food we eat. This is my 2 cents! Hope all is well with you.
