Guest guest Posted February 1, 2004 Report Share Posted February 1, 2004 Has anyone here tried the B6 and Magnesium combo for a kiddo with AS, We've been doing it at full dose for 3 weeks and WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I found it on the DAN site. My son has stayed on the respect list at school, has not been in trouble in the cafeteria (as you all know quite a trouble maker for our kids). Also whoever was talking about the book " How to teach your child to read in 100 easy Lessons " I used it with my son as he wanted to learn how to read before the school was ready to teach him, and it totally rocked! It gives you a nice quiet time to spend with your kid in a very positive manner since the book is so easy to use to teach your kiddo. We followed up on it with all the Dolche basic word readers, and my son has always tested way above grade level in reading since. I also have found the MERIT software very useful in bringing my son up to grade level in his writing abilities. Its kind of expensive but so worth it.
