Guest guest
Yes, ear lobes! Can anyone suggest something that will help? I have one client whose ear lobes give me fits. I can get good impedances on his head (<5 uV), but have a heck of a time getting below 10 uV on his ear lobes. Even with carefully applying and removing NuPrep twice, and using good sensors. And he appears to be a pretty well-groomed gentleman. After about the third attempt with the NuPrep, though, the readings are between 5 and 10 uV. Then, oddly, they seem to creep up a bit. If I check the impedance after the training session, it hasn't increased more than a microvolt or two, however. Any ideas about what's going on? And what to do about it?
