LOL, it depends Gretchen. I brew my KT on the tart side. Bragg's tests out to

3.1 pH, and my booch tests 2.9. - Woody

Question, I was considering making vinegar when I get enough extra

scobys. But was curious what to bottle it in. I have always bought a

gallon

jug from Bragg's. I have always read to bottle my kombucha in a glass

jar/bottle because it is so strong it will leach the plastic. I would

think that vinegar is even stronger than KT. Thoughts? Opinions?

Knowledge?
