Bragg's tests out to 3.1 pH, and my booch tests 2.9. - Woody Subject: Making vinegar To: original_kombucha Date: Monday, June 25, 2012, 3:12 PM Question, I was considering making vinegar when I get enough extra scobys. But was curious what to bottle it in. I have always bought a gallon jug from Bragg's. I have always read to bottle my kombucha in a glass jar/bottle because it is so strong it will leach the plastic.
