Guest guest
Hi Rick, Sounds like you're doing well! The AIDS InfoNet has a fact sheet called " How Do I Start? " at http://www.aidsinfonet.org/articles.php?articleID=201 There's also a fact sheet, #519, on wasting, but I don't think you have too much to worry about there - or re facial wasting - on your current regimen and being physically active as you are. The Body (www.thebody.com) has a similar fact sheet about " Day One " . Don't try to do too much. Bob Munk Coordinator AIDS InfoNet >Hi Group - I found out I was poz August 2004.
