's mother was on probation for methamphetamine use. Not in

treatment! and her two siblings were home with mom. Mom was high

on meth when wandered out of the house lasst week in Carroll COunty,

GA. She wandered into a yard with a rottweiler on a 15 ft chain.

went 14 ft. and was mauled to death. also had DS .

Today, the mother was arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter. I

wanat to know why DFCS is not being charged with complicity.
