Guest guest
My DH & I were discussing the brewhaha about the Thimerasol and our kids day in Washington today, and we are both quite curious as to how many Amish children have been diagnosed with Autism throughout the country. Does anyone know where we can get solid answers on this? Liz (aka MOM) " Trust your hunches. They're usually based on facts filed away just below the conscious level. If there's something to this (which I think scientists have said not), it doesn't explain why autism is more prevalent in boys, and why it runs in certain families. For instance, you'll see many families with two sons that have it, or even three. I know Duff's cousin, whose oldest has it, went on to have EIGHT more kids (YES, EIGHT)...7 are girls and all fine. The other son is on the spectrum. Donna ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
