Guest guest
I am wondering what to do here. Am trying diet again with H - either SCD or GAPS. The problems is that his residnetial school's kitchen isn't open for breakfast and it seems the children routinely only have the choice of cereal or toast. At home he has bacon and egg. Does anyone have any ideas for SCD/GAPS breakfasts which don't need a kitchen? I could send things in Monday morning but they would have to remain edible until Friday morning. I wishe they could do boiled/scrambled eggs etc. Is there a recipe for an SCD bread where the bread is a) like bread and will keep for 5 days, please? I suppose I shall have to send in ghee to go on it - he doesn't like nut butters much but he may need to learen to like them. (Don't yet know whether nuts are allowed in school...) Thanks to anyone who replies. Margaret
