My breathing has been off all day too.. Same thing here with the humidity and pollen up. I feel like I have become a prisoner in my own house. Friday I went to my nieces graduation party, and had to leave after only being there a few hours because it was just way too hot.. I just wish that someday they find the cure all and none of us has to live this way ever again!!

Every time I go outside I feel like I'm going to choke. It's awful and hot here too.

I hear you . A friend of mine wanted to give me free plants and a tree for my front flower bed but because of the humidity I couldn't do much more than hand her tools and carry things. She did all the work. I hate being such a wimp but the humidity does me in too. At least with the help of Advair I was able to be outside for a few hours.
