Jefferson County Public Schools Class Action Lawsuit filed

17 yr old disable girls hand was slammed in door by another student at

Churchill Park School in Jefferson county Ky in April of 2006.Mother

claims school is a dumping ground for disabled children.A simple

attachment to the door could have prevented this accident.The girls

fingernails were smashed and broken.Another parents is also suing not

sure why. attends this school and last year he got bit by a

student that was put in his class.This child was a known biter and bit

a teacher's aid the day before he bit my son.I had to get an attorney

and call a meeting with the board of Education to get the kid moved

out of the class.Some of you may remember this. had to take

antibiotics and get a tetnus shot.No one would release to me if the

child had Hiv (aids)? I am calling the class action attorney Wed

because I think he ought to know.Maybe I can join this lawsuit.Here

they put a known biter in a classroom with selfless,defenseless

children in wheelchairs,blind, etc.These kids do not know how to
