persistent chomping at breast

thanks, ! A couple of days ago this mom said slowly breastfeeding was improving with less chomping. This after second frenotomy (lingual) was done.

I have experienced this with several babies. their tongues just don't seem to be able to remain forward and keep the vacuum steady--resulting in chomping. they have all gotten steadily better with time, but it's usually kind of a rough path with pumping breaks a long the way...
