It's just a member who is probably away and set their away message on which means they are not receiving the emails from this group. Their ISP is just sending a message to everyone that a post comes from letting them know that person is away and not receiving emails. Whenever you reply to a post and if a member either has left or has put their email away message on then the emails from this list is not delivered and you will get a notice stating that. People forget that when they put their away message that everyone on the list gets the message. When you are going to be away for an extended period of time it's better to go no mail until you get back that way everyone doesn't get a automated message. Joan can go in and edit the member profile to no email until they get back or you can just delete the away message until they come back from wherever it is they have gone.
