Guest guest
Am resending this posting because I didn't see it show up in the digests I receive. Ann Dear Dee, Here in So CA, in the Riverside/San Bernardino area there is a dentist in family practice who also is on the Dental College faculty at Loma University. He clips frenula. He has clipped several babies when moms did not want a scissors clipping or for whom that was a closer option. He uses laser and he has clipped hundreds of frenula and probably hundreds of infants' frenula. Dr. , DDS 1000 E. Washington St. Ste. E Colton, CA 92324 v: f: I had a client down here who had a good friend who was a dentist. They wanted the friend to clip the TT, but he hadn't done it before. I gave the client the name and ph number for Dr. . He talked to the client's dentist and walked him through it prior to the lasering. The baby needed one more clipping and he did it. I am sure Dr. would be happy to talk to this dentist abt PTTs. He has done it before. His name was given to me by Palmer. Ann R PS Another idea would be to share the Chu and Bloom PTT article. It walks ENT surgeons through the frenotomy process and it might explain it in enough detail to increase this professional's confidence level.
