Hello everyone,

Things are going well for us. The twins are in our parish Catholic school, and while we had a bit of a rough start with the teacher, things have gone well the past six weeks. Adrienne is doing so well in spite of it all, continues to surprise us every day with how much she can do. Her speech is progressing, she is using more and more common phrases, and her intelligibility is also improving. I am happy with her academic progress, too. I was surprised at first at how advanced the curriculum seems, and she doesn't understand all the concepts, but as her principal said, she is right there in the mix with her class. The best part about her school experience has been watching the other kids in the school respond to her differences without even being asked. From holding doors open for her, to saying hi in the hallway, I just can't be happier with the environment she is in. She has been amazingly healthy, too which I am so grateful for. I wish everyone a happy holiday season, and am keeping all who are having a difficult time in my prayers.
