Barbara Mikulski (D-MD), and the State of land no longer use the words "mentally retarded" and "mental retardation." Forty-nine states to go. It makes me cringe.They use it in Nevada and Davey was "classified" with this term when he entered first grade. How did he change from developmentally delayed.Spread the word to end the r-word.
