Guest guest
Try Mark Illeman at cpmc/calif campus. Talk to Terry Shelton, his ever-cheerful assistant, . I don't know what, if any, sliding scale he might use. Dermik's patient assistance program is . I think he's great, he's done 6 treatments on me. Most important is too rub 5-5-5, five minutes, five times every day, for five days. I slacked off and now i can feel small bumps under my skin if i press at certain places. But doesn't show. cheers and good luck edward. I'm in SF. I've been slowly losing all the fat in my face from years on d4t and azt. ...I understand that I might qualify for free Sculptra and could find a doctor to apply the Sculptra treaments on a sliding scale. ...Please direct me, if you're able, to a resource that can help me out. Thanks.
