The Victor Cafe trademark is that, in addition to having the waitstaff serve up excellent Italian cuisine, they periodically burst into song: opera arias mostly; some recognizable show tunes too. They've been doing this since the 1930's, and the photos on the wall reflect their history. To get " a taste " see the website: http://www.victorcafe.com/ . This is an OPTIONAL event ... and it will probably run you $50+. But it is well worth the investment in yourself! If you are interested, please contact Liz at ecbrks@..., and she will provide you with details separately. For another option, Kay Hoover has agreed to coordinate either a Chinese or Italian restaurant excursion. Please contact her now if you want to go to one of these options and/or can help transport other participants: kay@... I'm sure there will be a few people staying at the hotel, either eating there or at a walkable restaurant and/or enjoying the hot tub and pool.
