I have 3 kids with DS and all get SSI and medicade. My husband and I recently seperated and have been for a while. I need to report to SSI about the changes made. I was wondering if he signs something stating he pays child support will they cut the kids chk? I am not working and not sure yet how and when. He pays a bill here and there or buys grocerys and rarely gives me money. I was wondering there a way to keep the money like before??
