wanted to thank those of you who shared info about vitamins and

suppliments to take. plus I wanted to share good news, my recent

bloodwork showed that my CD4 count is 1148 (which is higher than it

was when i found out I was poz, back in Jan '05); and my VL is still

undetectable. i take Sustiva and Truvada. the new combo pill isnt

available where i live in Texas.
