Guest guest
LOL and everything else. OMG What a mess!!! And is laughing and happy as I've ever seen her. I had a feeling (hope?) this might happen as there's nothing she loves more than a good blowout. We're gonna have to keep the portable handicapped potty close to the bed tonight. Good thing she stays up till midnight cause I have a feeling we're gonna be at this awhile...gotta get down to clear colorless juice poop I guess. Sorry for the graphics. She's just so funny. I think she needs one of these treatments on a regular basis. Guess I'm gonna have to go for my own soon; can't let my kid show me up with her bravery. It should probably be required every few months!!! Already did the colonoscopy, but I am ready for another good cleanse and get back on healthier eating again. P. Guest guest
Just a quick note to say all went well today we are exhausted!!!!! Wish we had that magic diaper gizmo for tonight and tomorrow. That stuff is just flying out. Everyhting smells like poop, there's a bucket of poop clothes soaking in the tub. They found absolutely nothing wrong with jamie's gut...we were supposed to start at 10:00 so we were up at 7:00 Doc got there at 12:30; we were second...left at 4:00 home at 5:00, dead by 6:00. Gotta love that deprivan tho...they come out of anesthesia so quickly and wide awake it's great! They gave her a hit of IV versed while she had to wait for the procedure so she was out....thank God because she was NOT happy with the IV in. " WUZZLE! WUZZLE! WUZZLE! All the nurses are saying wuzzle now. She's eating like crazy tonight and the poop juice is still squirting out so she's fighting diapers. They'll get back the biopsies in a couple of weeks but for now...bleed must have been just a vein strain supposedly...like a 1 time thing, no Crohn's, colitis whatever. Still no ideas on anemia and don't know about malabsorbtion yet. Phew. dh and I both feel like we're made out of old jello tonight. ******I'm REALLY glad to hear they made a mistake (and what a mistake) with Tori's Thyroid level; That scared the you know what out of me. Lord even after all these years and surgeries it is still so stressful to watch your " baby " when they're knocked out and to wait for them to come back to recovery. Love y'all- thanks for all the prayers and we are over and OUT! Sherry

Guest guest
There is on the market a sticky edged fecal bag -BUT- would any of our kids toleratesuch a thing? IT is used with elderly incontinent patients in nursing homes to reduce bed changes and bed sores. Guest guest
Sherry, So glad to hear all went well. I feel for you with all the clean up duty left to you now. Let us know about the results of the biopsies, but it's good to hear the good results in relation to the question of Crohn's and colitis. May you ALL get the rest you need!
