I only agreed to take paxil because of my severe high-blood pressure spells due to generalized anxiety, knowing that these are powerful meds. I have been on 25mgs of Paxil CR for about a month now, with little to no sexual side effects. The only thing I notice is some reduced sensation in my penis, and it takes a little longer to get erect. My big question to you victims of persistent SSRI sexual side effects is.....Did all of you experience sexual difficulties right from the start?....Did they creep up on you?....Or did they hit you after a certain amount of months/years? Another question I have for you all is....Do you think dosage plays a big part of the equation?
