I know it helps me keep my head clear for at least a portion of the day. I

exercise almost every morning before anyone else in the house gets up. I just

love the spring and summer for that. I ride miles on my bike and it's so

peaceful.

Any time the weather permits, I walk the kids to school (1 mile each way). They

have come to enjoy it too and I think it helps Matt a lot.

Whether it helps or not, it doesn't hurt and it's good for you. If nothing

else, it helps with weight issues while on meds.
