Guest guest
I needed the IQ for SSI. Waiver was already taken care of - he got one of the waivers when he was 17. We were in PA until he turned 21. We needed the IQ again when his dad retired and started to collect SS - then Elie was switched from SSI to SSD. We never really needed the IQ for the county because we did a VINELAND ADAPTIVE BEHAVIOR test which pretty much determined that his functional level was below the 70 cutoff. But I had the IQ done anyway so there would never be a question - wherever we were.
