Sorry it took me so long.

This is whats in Joyce Vedral's Book " Bottoms Up "

The folloing Height-Weight Chart is a guidline for those of you who are curious

or who feel more comftorable monitoring yourself by weight. I never look at

such charts, but I will indulge you if you must.

Befroe you look at the chart determine your frame. Then you will be able to see

whether or not you are within the range of weight suggested for your height. You

will need a partner to help you determine your frame.

Frame determination Chart

________________________

Height Space between elbow bones

4'11 " -5'5 " 2 1/4 " - 2 1/2 "

5'6 " -5'11 " 2 3/8 " -2 5/8 "

6'0 " and taller 2 1/2 " - 2 3/4 "

_______________

Extend your arm and bend your forearm upward at a 90-degree angle. Turn the

insideof your wrist toward your body and extend your fingers straight out.

Place the thumb and index fingers of your other hand on the bones that protrude

from either side of your elbow. Have a partner take and measure the space

between your fingers. (If you try to do this yourself, by the time you move

your fingers you will probably have lost the measurement. It's better, for the

sake of accuracy, to use a partner).

After you have gotten the measurement, compare it to those listed in the above

frame determination chart, which gives the frame determination for medium-framed

women. If your measurements fall within the range chart, you are medium framed.

If they fall below those given in the chart , you are a small framed woman, and

if they are higher, you are a large-framed woman.

Now you are ready to find your ideal weight range on the height-weight chart.

For your convenience the chart is to be read exactly as it is. No allowance is

made for clothing or shoes because I don't want you to have to calculate

anything! In other words, I assume you are weighing yoursle nude and in bare

feet.

She then goes on to talk about how muscles can really increase your weight

range, because repeat after me...muscles way more than fat.

Hope this helps!
