savings accounts...Donnell...Laci

Hello all!

Donnell glad to see your post! Sounds like you had a very busy holiday!!

I was reading the posts about Selective Service and thanking God

is a girl, but then I have a 19month boy, and know we'll have

to have him register. Anyways, Laci you mentioned a savings account

for Landon. We were told that here in California at least, not to have

anything saved for unless it was in a special needs trust.

Since here in CA at least, if anything were to happen to me or my

husband, the state would take all of her savings away to care for her.

In a special needs truts, which I believe it set up by a paralegal

and/or attorney, things for her are protected. Am I right? Does anyone

have info on this?
