, that is great!!! Goes to show you that you should never close doors

on ANY opportunity when finding a mate! I know what I am talking about, I

met my fiance thru a blind date (a process that I was absolutely against

before meeting him!)

to modify the work-out for your own comfort and enjoyment

by slowing it down, doing less reps, modifying a specific move, replacing a

move with one you love and/or even walking it out if a move hurts or will

make you lose interest in even working-out at all.

The main idea is to keep moving and pumping your heart without getting hurt

and enjoying it.

Without a doubt, my vast collection of exercise videos and walking.

Two main differences of my past and present are, I no longer lift

weights and I know do Tae-Bo. But, I still do my other video tapes and

I still walk my dogs.

Amy, there are several different versions of the cabbage soup diet. The soup

itself is made up of healthy greens that actually take more calories to digest

than what is consumed. Some severe diets have you eating only it twice a day

and a healthy fruit breakfast. VERY unbalanced. OThers have you replace your

evening meal with it...better. Some only use it to replace 3 of your eveing

meals a week. The thing about the cabbage soup diet...is yes you will loose

some weight, and yes you get all the soup you want...BUT its hard on your

digestive system. In potty terms---What 8 glasses of water does on one end,

Cabbage soup does to the other end.

However the soup is pretty good and freezes so its not so bad to have on those

days where you splurged all day and want something light and healthy for dinner.

I remember that diet. It never worked.
